Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for Tessering Pro. Tessering is operated by Umytjan Baynazarov (sole proprietor), based in Dallas, Texas, United States. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
Cancellation, not refunds, is the normal path
Tessering Pro is a monthly subscription. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — it simply does not renew after that. Because of this, most situations don't need a refund at all: you cancel, you keep what you paid for, and you're not charged again.
When we'll issue a refund
We issue refunds in two situations, within 7 days of the payment in question:
- Billing errors — for example, you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after a confirmed cancellation.
- Technical issues — a problem on our side that prevented you from using Pro and that we were unable to resolve.
To request a refund, email payments@tessering.com within 7 days of the charge, with the email on your account and a short description of the issue.
When we won't
We don't offer refunds for change of mind once a billing period has started — for example, deciding you no longer need Pro, or not using it during a period you paid for. In those cases, cancel and you'll keep access through the end of the current period.
Refunds through Paddle
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, Paddle may independently issue refunds or resolve billing disputes (including chargebacks) according to its own policies, regardless of the policy above. This protects both you and us, and it means some payment questions may be handled directly by Paddle.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country. In some regions — including the EU and UK — you may have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase within a set period. Where those rights apply, they take priority over this policy, and Paddle's checkout is designed to handle them.
