Latest Release

V1.2.88: Tessellate — Released

Razor split — slice any stem on the timeline with the pink razor; click to cut, shift+click splits every stem at the playhead in one gesture
Move segments — drag any segment to slide it through time; an exact m:ss.sss tooltip shows start/end and keyframes inside travel with it
Resize segment edges — drag a segment edge to extend or shrink; keyframes outside the new bounds clamp and drop with a live preview count
Delete and duplicate — right-click any segment for instant delete or in-place duplicate; full undo and redo across all the new commands
Persist your reshape work — segments save with the project and ride through to export; close, reopen, and your razor cuts are exactly where you left them
Engine reliability fixes — eliminated HRTF lateral-pole crackling, mode-switch clicks, slider sync drift, and stem accumulation across project navigation

What Tessering Does

Everything you need to sculpt sound in space

No plugins. No installs. Just your stems, a canvas, and a timeline.

Core Engine

Drop your stems. Place them in space.

Import your kick, bass, melody, vocals as separate stems. Each becomes an independent sound source you can position anywhere on a spatial canvas. Drag to move. Listen in real time.

Timeline

Animate your mix over time

Place keyframes on a timeline, assign motion presets per segment, and control speed and radius for each stem. Orbit, swirl, rush, or draw your own paths — your spatial mix becomes a composition, not a preset.

Mix Safety

Your low end never moves

Push sounds to the edges without losing your low end. Sub-bass stays locked to center, automatically. Phase-coherent, always.

Export

Export exactly what you hear

Publication-ready binaural WAV. Sounds identical to your real-time preview. No guesswork.

Cloud

Save once. Open anywhere.

Sign in with Google or email. Save spatial layouts with audio stems to the cloud. Auto-save keeps your work protected.

Access

Opens in a tab. That's it.

No downloads. No plugins. Import stems, sculpt spatial audio, export WAV — free, with no watermarks and no limits.

The Origin

How it actually started

February 23, 2026. Day one.

One idea: an app that lets you drag music around your headphones.

No team. No investors. No one to answer to but the people who use it.

Every day since — before work, after work, between everything — building, testing, refining. One person shipping daily, moving faster than a solo dev should be able to.

Tessering isn't made by a company. It's made by someone who wanted this tool to exist.

— Umytjan, building Tessering every day
